Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Kampala same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.


Delivery Options

1️⃣ Door Delivery

We deliver directly to your home, office, or any clearly described address.

  • Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout based on your district and order weight.

  • Ensure your phone number is active for delivery coordination.


2️⃣ Local Pickup – EM Plaza (Official Pickup Station)

You may collect your order from our pickup location:

Kampala, Uganda

  • Pickup is available during business hours.

  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification.

Local Pickup allows you to save on delivery fees.


3️⃣ Private Shipping (Customer-Arranged Transport)

You may request delivery via your preferred bus park or taxi line.

Important:

When selecting Private Shipping, the customer assumes responsibility for the goods once handed over to the designated transport company. Gamers Valhalla is not liable for loss, delay, or damage during transit.

How to select:

  • Choose Private Shipping at checkout

  • Add full transport details in Order Notes (bus/taxi name, route, contact person, pickup time)

Our team will contact you to confirm arrangements.

Private Shipping is intended for distant cities and remote areas to help reduce delivery costs.


Cut-off Times & Delivery Windows

  • Same-day Kampala delivery: Order before 1:00 PM

  • Orders placed after cut-off or on non-working days are delivered on the next working day

Receiving Your Order

For Door Delivery and Local Pickup:

For Private Shipping:

Once items are handed to the designated transport provider, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If delivery fails due to:
