What is Gamers Valhalla’s return policy?
We allow returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags. 

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are typically completed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

How do refunds work?
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Mobile Money, Card, or Voucher).

Why was my return rejected?

  • Packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The item was returned but is in working condition.

Can I swap an item instead of returning it?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order.

  3. Choose Pesapal or Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
