Shipping Policy

Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide to all districts in Uganda.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and handed to a courier within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

  • Kampala same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

Delivery Options

  1. Door Delivery

    • We deliver to your home, office, or any clearly described address.

    • Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  2. Local Pickup / Pickup Station

    • We’re rolling out official pickup stations across the country.

    • Availability is currently limited to select locations (shown at checkout). We’ll keep this list updated.

  3. Private Shipping (Customer-Arranged)

    • You may request delivery via your preferred bus park/taxi line.

    • Important: When choosing Private Shipping, you (the customer) assume responsibility for the goods during transit. GamersValhalla is not liable for loss or damage once items are handed over to your designated transport.

    • In checkout, choose Private Shipping and add all details in Order Notes (bus/taxi name, route, contact person, pickup time). Our team will call you to coordinate.

    • Private Shipping is intended for distant cities/remote areas to help reduce delivery fees.

Cut-off Times & Delivery Windows

  • Same-day Kampala: order by 1:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after cut-off or on non-working days are delivered on the next working day.

Shipping Fees & Estimates

  • Fees depend on district/city and order weight.

  • The checkout page will always show the current options, fees, and estimated delivery times for your address.

Tracking & Communication

  • We’ll send delivery updates by SMS/phone call and/or email.

  • For Private Shipping, we’ll share handover details (bus/taxi line, time, contact) once arranged.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect your items at delivery. For Door Delivery/Pickup Station, report any issues on the spot so we can help immediately.

  • For Private Shipping, condition during transit is the customer’s responsibility as noted above.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails (wrong address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone), we’ll contact you to reschedule.

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.

  • For changes after ordering, contact us ASAP; we’ll help if the parcel hasn’t been dispatched.
