Private Shipping is intended for distant cities/remote areas to help reduce delivery fees.
Same-day Kampala: order by 1:00 PM.
Orders placed after cut-off or on non-working days are delivered on the next working day.

For Private Shipping, we’ll share handover details (bus/taxi line, time, contact) once arranged.

If a delivery attempt fails (wrong address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone), we’ll contact you to reschedule.
