Four Logitech for Business leaders have been selected for inclusion on the prestigious 2026 CRN Channel Chiefs list.
This annual recognition spotlights the most influential leaders across the IT channel, celebrating those who champion collaboration, drive innovation and empower their partners and customers to achieve shared success.
“This year’s Channel Chiefs’ bold leadership inspires the innovation and collaboration that define our community,” said Jedd Williams, Global Head of B2B. “At Logitech, we know that we don’t win unless our partners win. We remain deeply committed to fostering partnerships that drive mutual success and delivering solutions that empower us to make a big impact together. Today, we celebrate your vision and the enduring mark you are leaving on the future of our industry.”
Logitech’s partner ecosystem is a cornerstone of our business strategy, and we’re committed to providing the highest level of support to deliver collaboration solutions that solve the business needs of our mutual customers. This year’s leaders have significantly shaped our channel business, spanning sales, marketing, and partner enablement.
Crystal Ferreira, Global Head of Channel and Alliances: Crystal unified Logitech’s Partner Connect Program globally, aligning strategy, benefits, and enablement across all regions. Through collaborative, partner-first leadership, she strengthened relationships, advanced partner advocacy, and created an AI-ready ecosystem that drives profitability, loyalty, and innovation—positioning Logitech’s channel community for sustainable growth and continued market leadership.
Jason Yelton, Head of Global Channel Programs: Under Jason’s leadership, Logitech finalized the rollout of its Partner Connect Program in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, unifying Partner benefits and requirements worldwide. This milestone harmonized partner engagement, recognition, and enablement globally, while driving sustainable business growth and true market differentiation through specialized program designations and certifications.
Jenn Jakubowicz, Head of Global Channel Marketing: Jenn restructured Logitech’s global channel marketing approach, shifting from product-led to outcome-driven category campaigns to improve partner activation. She also launched a partner development plan to support recruitment, onboarding, and retainment, while working to improve friction on platforms like MDF and the partner portal, to make it easier to partner with Logitech.
Jennifer Lynch, Head of Distribution + OSS, North America: Jennifer led Logitech’s CPQ framework efforts for digital transformation with distribution partners. This included streamlining the quoting processes, improving bid response time via auto loads, creating the framework for dashboards, and implementing the capability for distributors to deal register. These efforts boost quoting efficiency, improve partner satisfaction, and reduce seller manual labor. By aligning strategy with innovation, she strengthened Logitech’s distributor ecosystem toward operational scalability.
Congratulations to our outstanding leadership!
